This release is a hotfix for the 0.3.0.0 release which sets proper application version.

0.3.0.0 release notes:

The primary goal of this release is to fix incompatibility with Cardano mainnet which occurred due to a breaking change in the Cardano network.
It also contains all the work that has been done since the first release, including Qt GUI version.
Note that it wasn't sufficiently tested, so don't use it with big amounts of ADA.
