Serokell recruiters may first contact candidates via LinkedIn, Messenger, or hiring platforms. However, official hiring communication will always be moved to email and sent from a @serokell.io address, unless a specific hiring platform requires communication to stay within the platform.
As part of our hiring process, we may ask candidates to fill in questionnaires or forms, including Google Forms. These will only be shared through official @serokell.io email communication or, where necessary, through the relevant hiring platform.
We will never ask for payment details, passwords, bank card information, or sensitive personal documents through unofficial channels.
